The Apple Keyboard A1243 (MB110LL/A or MB110LL/B) is a wired, full-sized keyboard with a numeric keypad, released in 2007 and discontinued in 2017. It features a thin aluminum body, white keycaps with grey lettering, and a low-profile scissor-switch mechanism. The keyboard includes two USB 2.0 ports (one on each side), a 34.5-inch USB-A cord, and function keys (F1-F19) for macOS features like Mission Control and Launchpad. It requires macOS X 10.6.8 or later and is compatible with USB 1.1, 2.0, or 3.0 ports. The A1243 has a slightly tilted design for ergonomics and was renamed the «Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad» after the A1242 (a compact version) was introduced in 2009.
